The journey of globalisation and mass communication was not to make people lives easy and better it was for those who have power to reach out to any region in the world. Globalisation was is not the problem the problem is the vision behind the name of globalisation and mass communication because people who had been raised in the 19 century only believes that the way to survive to get money by working at firm or studying hard but forget that not all people are blessed with scholar's mentality but we have our own strengths.

Every person in the world has his own unique finger prints and we not all share the same blood type because of our own uniqueness that god gave us. It is same as in reality and it business life not all of us want the same careers but we all want money to survive and to feed our families and that is why collaboration between us is so important. African a blessed with the power of nuclear families and communities and we live and socialize with each other daily basis but we don't talk about how to start business with each other those topics are important to us and that is the type of socialisation that we need to practice and to feed our next generation of young africans that unity of entrepreneurship is powerfull than labilities spending.
